AUCET-2011 Counselling Schedule for academic year 2011-2012 :
All candidates, who were awarded ranks in AUCET-2011 are directed to report at Sir C.R. Reddy Convocation Hall,Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on the date and time specified in the Admission Schedule along with the following original documents/ certificates. The Candidate must submit these certificates for verification at the scrutiny.

1. This call letter
2. Rank card issued by the Director, AUCET-2011
3. Hall ticket issued by the Director, AUCET-2011
4. Statements of Marks and Provisional Certificate / Original Degree
5. Transfer and Conduct Certificate from the institution where the candidate last studied.
6. Study Certificates from IX standard onwards issued by the Heads of the respective institutes OR Local Candidate Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format.
7. Date of birth certificate (S.S.C. or equivalent).
8. Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC candidates.
9. Latest Income Certificate issued by the competent authority (within 12 months) in case of eligible SC/ST/BC/EBC candidates claiming fee concession.
10. Certificate in the prescribed form in respect of claim under special category (CAP / NCC / PH / SPORTS / NSS) where ever applicable.
11. Migration Certificate in the case of candidates from Universities other than the University where the admission is sought.
12. Physical fitness certificate from the Medical Officer, Andhra University or from a Govt. Assistant Civil Surgeon.
13. Four recent passport size photos.
14. A set of attested copies of all the above certificates/documents. and additionally 3 copies each of TC, Caste &Income certificates.
