The Second Phase counselling notification will be announced in www.apicet.nic.in . ICET 2010 2nd phase web counselling Starts from 24-09-2010 to 27-09-2010 and the academic class for MCA And MBA will starts from 27-09-2010 .

sir,i had paid Rs.27,000/- fees n i got allotment in college which im not interested to join..im attending for 2nd counseling i want to know if i didnt secure seat in college which i like even in 2nd counseling also then will i get my Rs.27,000 back
